Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK please contact us with your order enquiry by fax, email or phone.
We accept Visa, Mastercard. and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Delivery
All Prices shown include free delivery within the United Kingdom mainland. Delivery outside the UK mainland is chargable, please enquire for details. Note: Deliveries to UK Residential addresses will be sent by Parcelforce which can take up to 5 working days. If special delivery required please contact us.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 working days to business addresses ( up to 5 days to residential addresses). International orders are dispatched by agreed method with the customer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to applicable items (mostly non safety items). Most safety and childrens footwear is zero rated.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Discount Safety Boots for any reason a full refund will be promptly given, provided footwear is returned in the same new condition as was delivered and has not been worn outside and that the goods are returned at the expense of the purchaser to the Discount Safety Boots warehouse.
Used Footwear being returned for manufacturing defects claims will be returned to the manufactures and their credit/refunds/replacements will be passed on following their response to the claim.
